From theory to practice!

The Toolkit consists of concrete Innovation methods for Startups, Public Sector entities and facilitators of collaborative innovation processes. The Preparation and Collaboration Phase include different Modules and Sessions, that can be used as workshop templates. Key Tools are integrated in the Sessions. All material can be freely used, shared and adapted according to the Creative Common license.

Preparation Phase

Providing the right framework and enabling conditions is key for a partnership. The Preparation Phase introduces concrete suggestions and inspirations to enable Public Sector – Startup cooperation.

Collaboration Phase

The Collaboration Phase is where the real magic happens: This phase deals with the integration of the Startup innovation in the service delivery of the Public Sector.
